As I’m soon going to be selling my Civic, I’m going to need some alternative transport. What I fancy doing is taking a car deemed to be “uncool” and making it cool. I want you suggestions. It can be any car, as long as it meets the following requirements:
1. It must be a car. No vans, people carriers or 3-wheelers please.
2. It must have at least 4 seats (I have a girlfriend with a child remember).
3. It must be rear wheel drive or 4 wheel drive (cos I fancy a change from front wheel drive).
4. They’re available in decent condition for around £1000 or less (I’m gonna need some cash to complete the make over)
5. It must be available with a manual gearbox.
6. It must be deemed to be uncool in the eyes of the general public.
Skoda’s and Lada’s are out, as they’ve been done to death. An old Volvo or Datsun are possibilities at the moment. The crapper the car, the better!
