so its been about a week, and im still alcohol free... i think this is the longest ive gone without a drink in over a year.
I had a dream the other night that me and rob went to legends and got smashed. i woke up thinkin 'holy fuck im not hung over' when i remembered it never actually happened.

so yeah, the cravings are waning, but they are still there. not nearly as bad as smoking though thank god, otherwise i would be a goner.
I discovered this really tasty no-alcohol beer called o'doules. its actually really good. tastes like canadian, might have to get a case of that. having said that, its the same price as a real case of beer, so i dont know that its worth it.
after comin home from work though, i just wanna crack one and sit back, relax and forget about that day and think about the next
so havin that in there to get me off the habbit side might be cool
still deliberating.
anyways, im out for now, you all take er easy, and i will hit ya up later
