before bed blabbering...
I had Braylen's 1st birthday pictures made yesterday. They did them at Lifetime Portraits in Middlesboro. I have an appointment at 2 tomorrow to go pick the ones I want. I kinda dread it b/c I know I'll want to get them all & I'll be by myself. They're all gonna be so cute & sooo expensive. =( I knew they would be but didn't realize how hard it would be to turn any of them down. She took about 7 poses & they were all adorable! He did so good, he smiled & did his little Elvis snurl=) It's too funny. One of his poses was in his birthday suit=o All he had on was a black bow tie. Another pose was him in his overalls w/ no shoes or shirt, on a little motorcycle w/ a black leather hat on. He was loving that bike, he was saying "vroom, vroom" or something like that. He does that when he pushes his cars around. He cracks me up! I really hope I can choose a few of each pose & not spend a ton of money. I've heard their packages run around $200. But the family is gonna pitch in. Thank goodness=)
Trav's band has another show tomorrow night in Bristol. Then next month they go to Atlanta for the Battle of the Bands thing. Woo-hoo! I hope he gets rich soon so I can quit Food City=) Nah, I really just want him to be able to do what he loves. But being able to quit would be a big plus!
Braylen's been taking a few steps alone=)=( I'm not sure if I'm happy or kinda sad b/c he's growing so fast. I don't think it will be long before he's walking all the time. He's so funny though b/c he gets all excited & tries to run or something & ends up not moving his feet & he falls. Bless his heart=) He gets into everything now. But you gotta love him b/c he's so cute! I'll tell him "no, no" for something & he'll look at me & smile or blow me a kiss or say "moma" & then I can't help but laugh. He's too smart.
Well, just felt like an update. Guess it's off to bed now though. I closed at work tonight so I'm kinda tired. Have a good weekend everyone!! **♥ches♥**
