Back to the grind..

After just over a week off, today was the first day back for most of the kitchen crew. It was a day of serious grease-we scrubbed down the stoves and coolers with commercial power oven/stainless cleaner. I am sure I shortened my lifespan by at least a few hours by being exposed to that crap, but...it's a living.

The kitchen is coming back togther nicely. It is about 40% bigger and we will have a second, smaller line for prep. It's going to be nice!
