Metallica was never really my cup of tea...

If you were previously stamped, tell us which one it was and why it doesn't fit you so we won't vote you as that again: N/A

{OVERVIEW}
Name: Sari
Age: 23
Gender: Gilded cunt Mostly female
Brief description of personality: Although I'm quite gregarious and chatty online, in real life I'm painfully shy and my social skills border on the misanthropic. I'm quite laid-back, can be annoyingly cheerful and consider myself to be fairly friendly with people I like, but if annoyed I tend to snap quite quickly. I get very obsessive over certain things and am completely apathetic about everything else.
Likes/hobbies: Horse riding, writing, drawing, photography, reading
Dislikes: PETA, evangelists, homophobia, racism, spiders, people who whine about bands "selling out", metalheads who are so narrow-minded that they can't accept different music genres or listen to bands that aren't considered underground
Favorite color(s): Black (hahahaaaa - no really), silver and red. I also freakin' love rainbows.
Favorite place(s): Edinburgh, Snowdonia National Park, Guadelest, Avebury, (old) Pompeii
Favorite genre(s) (doesn't have to be exclusively metal): Black metal and folk metal mainly, although I also like symphonic/goth metal and loooove some power metal cheese. Non-metal genres would be folk, opera, classical, goth electro and movie OSTs.
Least favorite genre(s): R&B, girl/boy bands
Lyrics or instrumental that describes you (link is optional): My problem is that I indentify with a lot of the music I listen to, but one such lyric would be: "I'm nothing special, I'm not unique, I have many secrets and I eat the weak" from Otep's My Confession. For my more aggressive moments, the lyrics of Unveiled (also by Otep) are much loved.

{YOUR BAND}
Let's say regardless of whether you have talent or not, you decided to join a band. What are your reasons for doing so? Because I'd really like to form a blackened folk metal group, with lyrics that focus on paganism, with a female roarer and a female soprano. If anyone knows any bands out there like that, do please point me their way (closest I've found so far is Arkona). :)
What genre would you band play? (doesn't have to be limited to metal) See above - folk, with an essence of black metal (mainly for the vocal style) and a touch of symphonic/melodic.
What would be your influences? Arkona, Khylst, Eluveitie, Equilibrium
What instrument would you play? I have to admit that I am not musically talented in any way, but for the purpose of this I'll pretend I can sing. I would love to roar like Runhild Gammelsæter.
How many members are in your group and what are they like? Well, there'd be two vocalists ... a guitarist (maybe two?), a bassist, a drummer, a keyboardist, and maybe a violinist. I'd prefer to leave the vocalists just to do their thing, I think it would be easier for them to interact with the crowd and be a bit more theatrical (I like theatrics).
Are you the leader of your group, or is another member the one in charge, or a manager? Oh no. I'd like to have an input, but I'd leave others to do the press interviews and stuff. Haha. :P
Come up with a name for your band. Then tell us why you chose that name. It's a tie between Mor-Ríoghain (spelt Morrigan for ease of use), Kali or Lilith ... I'd probably go with Morrigan. These are all strong, potentially malevolent female characters in mythology, and I think they would fit in with the tone and style of the band.
What would the band logo be like? (If you can provide a picture of what it looks like, show it!) Well it has black metal influences, so I dunno - something indecipherable? :P If I went with the Morrigan name, then the logo would be centered around a raven. Maybe a silhouette or something.
What would the lyrics be about? Paganism. I'd like to have songs about specific gods, too, from all pantheons.
Do you see yourself getting along with your members? Yehh. I mean so long as we all had the same idea as to what the band should be about, then I'd be fairly flexible with everything else.

{QUESTIONS}
What do you think of humanity as a whole? We're a fairly interesting species. I love the breadth of imagination and creativity that people possess.
What is your outtake on life and death? Death in inevitable, but I believe in reincarnation. "Life is just a beautiful death", as my beloved Jari Mäenpää puts it. ;)
What is your opinion on love? I am far from romantic, but I am deeply moved by the idea of platonic love which, to me, is more agreeable than romantic love. Not that I don't believe in the latter - I just appreciate the former more!
How would you deal with people that bother you? I'm more the smoulder in silence and plot revenge type, myself.
Does fame or money matter? Money does. I don't mean being filthy rich - although I'm not going to lie that it would be nice - but you can't do something just for the love of it if you're not generating enough income to support yourself.
What one thing would you wish you had? I'm confused by the wording of this - what do I wish I had now, or in some other situation? Enough cash to be able to afford my own place without having to scrape by, that would be good!
