I got a strange email today.

I don't know what to make of it. It doesn't even seem like it was sent to me. Could this be a link in some sort of mysterious chain?
EDIT: The body is a quote from Pride and Prejudice. The sender's email address is from this site. (gat.com redirects to there.)
I can make no sense of the subject. Perhaps an acronym for PANG? Or am I over analyzing spam? There's no product being sold.
