Promise me you'll do the best you can to take care of yourself, to protect yourself. No fortune or fame are worth losing your self esteem. No one has the right to yell at you, to stomp and rage at you. No one has the right to jeopardize your health and well being, no one. You are your 1st priority, no one else is #1 in your life. If you find you are in the presence of a person who is verbally, emotionally or physically abusive, take yourself out of that situation. Be quick about it. Be careful about who you allow in your presence. Choose healthy people. Choose people who appreciate your gifts. Choose people who appreciate you, just for being you. Choose you.
