Circulation: Blood Flow Improves With New Mix of Cocoa - New York Times:Mars supplied cocoa processed in a way that did not strip it of flavanols. After drinking a quart of sweet cocoa per day for four to six days, the 34 test subjects had better readings on blood flow tests. Better enough to make a difference in health? The chief researcher said a larger study would be required if we want to know that.
