I got doored by a taxi a couple months ago. Forgot to update about it at the time. It sucked, though. And I'm probably going to be hit with the $500 emergency room bill.
On Columbus Day weekend I went to Horace Phair VI. Naturally, I had the most amazing time of my life. So much love. Thank you thank you thank you to the saladhausers.
My band is picking up. We're playing Last Resort tomorrow night and The Lucky Cat in Williamsburg on November 7th.
I started taking drum lessons with Mike Morales aka Big Mike. I'm lucky to have met him.
NPR's Morning Edition just ran a story on the Armenian Genocide resolution in Congress. They referred to "the crusade against genocide" (italics mine). Cringe.
