There are rumors that the Bush Administration is considering rolling back provisions in the FMLA. The article is here:

Of course the changes would be administrative and therefore not something that your representatives can vote on, but the changes are still mere rumors, and if there is enough turmoil over this then it is possible that the Bush people may ease off on the FMLA.
