I will agree to pay for MP3's or outlaw P2P networks if the entertainment industry uses their Immense resources and provide, as a sign of goodwill to the global internet community, a way to eradicate spam, or hasten the process of writing it into international communications law (jail time if you are caught).

Seems like the perfect trade, dontcha think?
