Wish I was dead entry #1
My god I wish I was dead.
I will soon be a quarter of a fucking century old. Is there nothing worse? Oh yes. Turning 30. At least i'm not 30.
That's about all I have had to look forward to as I look down the hallway of life and see the big two-five looming at me like the pit of death that it is. What can I look forward to at 25?
1) Losing my short-lived health insurance from my mom's work and having to go on the crappy one that U of T has.
2) Not being able to be part of the 18-24 age demographic, which has many benefits, which include being able to have sex with those of aforementioned demographic.
3) Being too old to like punk music.
4) Being old enough to warrant prostate examinations.
5) Going to clubs and immediately reposing to the sidelines, looking at all the young'uns dance maniacally and sighing to oneself while thinking "gee, I used to do that."
6) Sitting on my ass thinking that my mom had already married and had 2 kids by my age.
7) Wondering where my life went, and where is that catamaran that I always thought I would own by this age, like in those Freedom 55 commercials.
8) Needing to wait 5 years until I have to put a bullet in through the side of my head.
So when do I have to start applying for a senior citizen's TTC discount card?
