(no subject)
well last night i went to open gym. it was pretty fun. except there were these to little kids with mullets, me and katie called them the mullet squad, and i would run down the tumble track to do a full into the pit and one of them would jump in front of me. i was standing at the end and i would get ready to run and they would jump in front of me. i said to them "i did gymnastics for 10 years, ive landed on enough kids to know that i wont be the one getting hurt, im twice teh size of you, im not gonna get hurt' he turned his back and said 'ok' then i ran and did my full and one of the mullet squad threw a pit block at me and i twisted so he missed and eric like freaked, he was like COME HERE, WHY ARE YOU THROWING PIT BLOCKS AT A-TRAIN. thats what he calls me, A-train, becuase i was like the talest person there, and we would play this game, its called reginols, its kind of like dodge ball but there 2 balls and it every man for himself, and when you get hit you hafta sit down and the point of teh game is to try to get everyoen to sit down, and there was thsi one week during camp that i played it and i won within the first like 2 minutes. and he would like pretend to pull teh horn thing on a train and say 'A TRAIN PULLING INTO THE STATION'. he was interesting, but he was one of the best coahces i ever had.
ive been thinking alot baout leah and me, and our musical tastes. like i introduced her to GC, and all of the good bands, then like recently we've been seriusly growing apart in musical tastes. like we used to always have the same songs, and everything, now we barley listen to the same bands. i mean yeah there are stilla lot of the same bands we listen to. actually we listen to almost all the same bands, but we listen to differnet songs, and she listens to more something corporate then i do, and i listen to more mest than she does, its interesting.
i was thinking about my songs, and i decided that i really only like the song about like the your nto fucking worth it and the one about the gun going off and not looking. i really like blink now, ive always liked blink but i never really like seriously got into there music, and they have some majorly awesome shit, liek stay together for teh kids, and adams song. sum 41 is kind of teh same way, i always have liekd them but like i know all the words to every song chuck, and sugarcult, ive really been broading my muscial horizon rather than just pocusing on good charlotte and green day. ok im gonna list all the bands you hafta listen to. most of these i either discovered or one of my friends told me about them: american hi-fi, anti-flag , the ataris, blink 182, bowling for soup, box car racer, bright eyes, the darkness, eisley, the f-ups, fefe dobson (shut up, that girl can sing), GOLDFINGER, good charlotte (DUH!), Greenday (DUH!), H20, hawthorne heights, hazen street, linkin park, lola ray, matchbook romance, MEST (DUH!), MXPX, my chemical romance, new found glory, NOFX, papa roach, relient K, senses fail, silverstein, simple plan, social distortion, something corprate, the starting line, story of the year, sugarcult, sum 41, three days grace, the used, weezer, yellowcard. ok so there in alphabetical order becuase i went through my ipod, and its in alphabetical order. wow 40 bands, my musical horizon is extremley widened. that makes ma happy, and yes i listen to at least one ong from everyoen of thsoe bands, well actaully i own at least 3 from every band except 4. ok but there are a few bands that i strongly recomend and im gonna use resonaing. goldfinger: i LOVE goldfinger, they kick so much ass, i love there music. like i seriosly do. there awesome. and i really like the lead singers voice listen to this song:i want. good charlotte: no explination needed listen to this song:i heard you (old school good charlotte is best). greenday: i like this band becuase they kick ass, but i recommend you get into them becuase there concerts ROCK, ive been to one and im going to another in a few weeks listen to this song: geek stink breath . hazen street: not only are they a rock band, but they rap, its like a mix, i like the mix to, it sounds good, they seriously pull it off, and thats hard to do listen to this song: fool the world. mest: not only is tony lovato one of the hottest guys ever but there music is awesome, it like represents me in a sad way listen to this song:yesterday. MXPX: there an older band but they have some pretty good more recent stuff listen to this song: punk rawk show. my chemical romance: they just rock, thats all there is to say. listen to thsi song: thank you for the venom. relient K: OMG I LOVE THIS BAND SO MUCH, they just totally rock an di like how they sound. listen to this song: more than useless. senses fail: i love them, i talk about them in a different entry, i thin it was hottie number 7 that was wearing a senses fail shirt, any way you really hafta listebn to them. download this song: buried a lie. and tahts pretty much it, and i seriously seriously recomend you listen to the bands i said ot listen to (unless your like a hip-hop/rap lover, then you should only listen to hazen street)
