One foot forward
I just booked a mini trip to Mexico for my friend's wedding in December. It's only 6 days, rotten timing, and really quite expensive... But, why the hell not?! She's my friend and I want to be there for her. I'm sure the money won't break me, and work, well, it's just work.
I booked one flight and a room for one. I did not invite Maclean, nor ask for his approval. I love him, dearly, but it's time to start letting go, and this was a big first step.
The next year is going to be very interesting.
