mortgages!help!
sitting baroque tryin to get my head around the difference between interest only or repayment and which would be better for us, im getting a real head ache but needs to be done. things are looking good though for what we need to borrow, and with my 10% deposit helping.
saw this great development down near the sore, and is now in first phase development. so theres nothing built yet, but the planns look promising. 2 bed appart with large bay window. and on suit of the master bed, with great views of the forth and the castle. its the largest space we have seem for the money and the price is resonable , cosidering the average house price in edinburgh is £200,000. and they would be ready in 6 month give or take , giving us enough time to get a mortgage together. also there will be a lot of development in the area, a new school is going in and new shops. i know its prob to early to be looking but its given us an idea what to look for. not just the apartment but also the area. what will be there in 5 years time,
just enjoying a well deserved day off from work. we had a great week. so many cute babys came into the studio... the youngest one yet only 6 days old.... have to go through to glasgow this week for a area meeting, so hopefully i can cram in some shopping time aswell.
been seeing so much of the festival aswell, franky boyle at the assembly rooms was so funny, but i was so nervious sitting in the front row,,, thank god he didn't talk to us....but his sick sence of humor was reight up jim's street...
got an email from our pal in denmark, she recently moved bk home with her from leith man, and invited us over now that there settled. havn't been in at least 10 years, so will be something to look forward to before xmas....and see how much his danish has improved.
