It's very nice to be in a relationship where you almost never argue with your sig other. Unless, however, you never argue because both parties are so non-confrontational that they ignore all problems in an effort to keep things mellow and happy. In 21-month relationship, there are so many, many issues that we have never talked about that I talk about candidly with others. He won't discuss political things with me because he knows we'll disagree. We never talk about the future or things in the long-term. I don't know if he wants to get married and have children in his lifetime. Trust me, I've asked. It's just so unfulfilling to invest time in a relationship that never delves deeper. Sometimes I feel as though I'm dating a total stranger because we are both so non-confrontational.
