The last couple weeks in a few paragraphs
It feels like it's been a while, but really nothing is happening. I am content with paying off my bills and spending my money on cheap purchases like Starbucks. This morning I made a delightful breakfast burrito prepared by myself. I chopped the potatoes with some onions and made scrabbled eggs and bacon. Now I have to poop, but all is well. I really enjoy cooking, i just need a maid to wash my dishes. That is were marrying John Mayer will come in handy.
I watched the Notebook last night because someone mentioned it in class today, and woke up to its menu page on the tv. I guess that just proves that when I feel like I am getting exhausted, I am.
I have finished 2 novels and starting the 3rd today for my Novels class... Main Street by Lewis is up next, then The Good Soldier.. then my essay. That should be a lovely essay. I have to write it on gender, which i guess is a major issue in the writings of the time... Dorian Gray and his gay tendencies and lily and her femininity and Gerty with her "bachelorette" living situation... but I'm kinda bummed that I can't write on marriage. she is going to have to read 30 papers on gender, I think that would get boring, and it doesn't give us any free expression. I just think it odd. For that class we have to write a journal entry each week so for yesterdays I decided to type an angry letter to Selden. He pissed me off royally. I wish I could have used the word "ass" but I decided to censor it for the teacher. I did get to use "daft." Speaking of the word daft (since it was used in the movie), my professor said she might be teaching a harry potter course in 2009. POOPED MY PANTS! Maybe I will be able to write an essay on Dumbledore and JK Rowlings betrayl of his character. That just gets me all ralled up inside.
My British lit class makes me feel like i'm back in high school. We have group work (where she counts us off in 8s), free writes, and we have find definitions for words like "chivalry" (seriously?). she e-mails us to make sure we are talking in our groups for our presentations. What is she a baby-sitter??? dude.
Architecture, which is the coolest thing in the world has been made boring. I have to do a group presentation in that class also. Anyone know of a modern buliding in southern california that has architectural structuring that echos those from the past? enlighten me if you do...
Lizzy has a lump on her side. They think it's an infection so they gave us liquid meds to give her. I was trying to hold her down and she ripped my hands apart. She is one tough street homie. dude she's fierce.

PS- i got a small laptop for school, I love it but the mouse pad doesn't work sometimes and that makes me sad inside.
