(no subject)
So this weekend was very busy and social which seems to be a rarity nowadays for me. Which I really noticed this weekend because it was really weird for me to talk so much, but it was definitely needed.
Thursday night Mark and I went to check out my friend Jen’s art show at a gallery in Highlandtown. Afterward since it was a nice night out we headed down to Fells Point, grabbed some pizza at BOP, and walked around by the water for a bit.
Friday we went over to Chrissy and Tony’s, along with Chris and his fiancee Kara, to watch the series finale of “Smallville”, as well as stuff our faces with all the food that Chrissy pushed at us! :D I wasn’t very impressed with the final episode, but it was fun to hang out with everyone.
Saturday, I cleaned the entire apartment, minus Mark’s room, which let me tell you, it takes entirely too long to clean 4 rooms. In the evening I met up with Esti, Andy, and Mark (after he got off work), and we went out for sushi, and then went back to their place to watch a *terrible* horror movie, callled “Blood Farm”. All in all it was fun night.
Sunday, Mark and I headed down to Pasadena for Anjel’s boyfriend Dave’s graduation party. It was cute to see all the banners, balloons, and decorations celebrating his graduation, and it was good to see Anjel and some of her peeps, as well as to stuff my face full of crabs! Man, I haven’t had crabs in years. Although Mark seemed to be a bit grossed out watching me pull apart the crabs. Afterward, Mark and I decided, hey we’re almost down to Annapolis anyway, let’s go walk around since it’s nice out. So we walked around Annapolis for a while, and I got us ice cream cones. :) Another nice day.
Today is Jen’s birthday, and she invited everyone out to dinner tonight at Golden West. Honestly I’m pretty beat from 4 days of being so social, but I think I’ll head out for at least a wee bit tonight. I just found out Saturday night that it was her birthday today, so I didn’t have time to get her anything. My thought was to make her a certificate that says it’s good for 1 commission request. That she can request for me to make whatever she’d like, and I’ll do it for free.
Ok, time for me to get back to work.
