It was very good to receive this today. Yesterday I looked at a zine done by a friend of P. Emerson's who's been Choronzon's most ardent publicist. He essentially made it clear in the interview that he held some sort of weird disregard for me, the exact words were "Demitria Monde Thraam, obviously I've never heard of him". Of course he hasn't heard of me, I'm not "goth". I Guess. This seemed to have a weird effect on Peter, who suddenly could barely speak of me. After everything has been going so swimmingly for more than a year I got shaken a little, but I think that it's because I'm seeing his PR personae and made a subconscious connect to John. John was all about PR, he never turned the PR guy OFF. There's a big difference between situations, one was not a satisfying collaboration, one was. Or is. Or is and is not. I am going to do some things on my own before attempting it with others, because that way there'll be some notion of what's there that's me

Oh, I totally understand being wrapped up in a project. Indeed, sometimes it is best to avoid external modes of stimulation that are more than mundane as it can effectively curtail Self-expression via the thoughts and images that can arise (both positive and negative) as we bring novel info into our lives.
