So this past weekend was the Shakopee city festival, Derby Days. Aside from the massive amount of beer we sold and the fifty-three mosquitoes bites I picked up in twenty-five minutes on Saturday night, there was another highlight of the weekend.
The Shakopee Jaycees we paid a huge honor when State President Travis Ahlquist met JCI Nigeria National President Dike Paschal Obinna at our event on Friday night. I had the pleasure of speaking with President Paschal and President Travis for a period of time. I don’t know that either will ever see this post, but it was truely a pleasure to meet President Paschal and to speak with him and President Travis about our organization on this level.
