Bar Notes: The Ugly Truth

Recently I’ve denied a number of comments on my Bar Notes. The truth of the matter is that this blog is in no way an Angie’s List. My bar notes are my feelings and thought on bars that I’ve personally experienced.
I’ve also noted that most of the comments are long winded stories about a bad experience that someone has had at a bar that I like. That sucks, I’m sorry for your loss, get over it. You probably should have read my notes closer, because most of you seem to have had that experience in a part of the bar or restaurant that I did not indicate as having the best service… your bad.
With that said, I will continue to decline comments on my bar notes. It’s just the way it’s going to be, because let’s be honest, this is my blog, and not yours. That being said, if you have a recommendation on somewhere is SHOULD go, I’ll take it.
