Days 9 and 10
The past few days have been off so I kinda forgot. So, here are two for the price of don’t care!
Day 9 - A fictional book
See, this was covered in favourite book, I thought. Ah well, let me see, another favourite fictional would have to be Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. The brilliance of Douglas Adams is beyond measure. The ideas and creations he invented for a science fiction story of madness that have actually come to fruition is just mind-boggling. I love his characters, yes, even Zaphod! I even celebrate Towel Day and so should you!
Day 10 - Whatever tickles your fancy
Ah, another of these buggers. Why am I obsessed with music?
Music is our history written by the youth that tells the story of current society. Generally. Everything from In the Mood to Smack my Bitch Up speaks the story of the moment. It may not be a pretty picture or one that we even wish to see but it is honest and sometimes brutal and always present. Music is a gift that is taken for granted by most people as background noise to their day. For me, it is my soundtrack that keeps me moving. It focuses my mood and inspires me to write. Music is something I am insanely jealous of because I’m not capable of producing it and yet I love it so deeply that I surround myself with it during most of my day.
That doesn’t mean I love it all it only means I give everything a chance before I ignore it.
