(no subject)
Time goes really really really fast when you are doing non work related activities! I went shopping today, got some clothes and food. I was also really bad at stopping flatmate from buying lots of wool. Currently, I would make a bad parent/teacher/employer. Oh well! I've asked her to show me how to crochet. It is easier than knitting, which I have tried, and my goal is to be able to make a Starbug soft toy thing. My idea is that I make three globe things, fill them with stuffing, sew them together and then use pipe cleaners and the like for legs etc. I also got a reply from my friend who I used to be really close with but we're drifting now. Oh well, I am finding myself kind of fine with this although it is sad. I haven't seen him since 2009 so that could be part of it.
As for fic, I have typed up all of the reanimation stuff I wrote. Its not too bad actually once I fix it up, but it is lacking in funny, well what I think is funny anyway. Oh well! I also would like to try and write a "truth gas" fic. I have a bit of a start in mind where female Holly feels a bit lonely and unwanted because the boys don't pay too much attention to her any more so she decides to prank them by turning on the truth gas. Lister and Rimmer are naturally her targets.
But I'll write it in my book first because it actually works. Anyway I have to get off to bed because work tomorrow! :) It is getting better as time goes on and on Saturday I GOT A RIDE HOME FROM ONE OF MY COWORKERS! :D Its the little things that just make you feel great and happy.
