I miss you . . .

I just read a journal entry.. and it made me feel weird. It was very true, but.. there were some parts about it that were ..worth explaining.. I dunno...

I didn't feel like this when I signed on to lj to write so... back to my previous uppity mood....

Things have been interesting. I don't really wanna post all that there is to post, but I will say... things are a'changin' . . . School ended. I got asked out on Thursday night and I didn't give an answer due to some mini personal issues going on with myself, mostly emotionally. Uhhh Friday I saw no one involved with my ...Thursday night drama, which was cool. For my last-day-of-school event, I had planned to go to the Loop with Rachel and Kelly and invite whomever I could find. Then Andrew called and asked if I wanted to go downtown to Rock the Block. In the end he ended up coming with us, and we left the "party" early to go to Rock the Block which lasted about 15 minutes, then we hung out at Borders and saw a few CC people out front. We stayed till they all cleared out, then went to Casey's so I could pick up my graduation ticket, and then we went to Denny's for drinks and talked to Courtney which was muchfun. Didn't get home till close to one.. oopsies?

Graduation Saturday morning. mm <3 '05 seniors, you will be missed. <3

Then I caught a plane to the Coordinator Retreat in Dallas with GLSEN. Back to Dallas.. haha. This was fun. I hated coming in late, but it was cool since I knew a lot of people already. I learned their names amazingly fast as well, especially considering me and Erin (who also came in late for the exact same reasons) didn't get an introduction of the group.. at all. It was definitely a nice group of kids.... all very workable.. Some kids sorta irked me at times, but some completely amazed me. I broke no ground rules. I didn't feel like we all bonded the same though.. which was different. Anyhoo.. I'm being vague. Having a digital camera rocks the socks off of ....Jesus.. hahaha. Cuz I took over 90 pictures. Hmm.. maybe I shouldn't post them all on here.. I dunno... ............... oh damn. hahaha. We'll see.. I don't have them uploaded onto an online server yet anyway. But yeah.. very convenient. We played Bingo (mehhh) and then gave it up for improv games which was hilariously fun. They did the Party game (from Whose Line is it Anyway?!) where we got to watch Eva play a reindeer caught in headlights, and a few other fun ones. For the small group activity where we make up our own song, I must say the MidWest had the HOTTEST adaptation of "Wannabe" for GLSEN everrr as of yet. It was sooo recordable. Haha.. I definitely wanna make it a GLSEN theme song... what about you? yeah... hotness to the max guys. And the rap was solid.  ..And I got some major bonding time with Bryan at the airport which was cool. I found we had a lot of things in common, especially in the way that we think and approach things. muchfun.. He sorta reminded me of Paddy... *tear* (and both are from Cali.. coincidence???)  Yeah.... pictures later though. Promises to all Coordinators and GLSENers!

Tuesday... my first official day of summer... I was sooo bored. I slept a lot in the morning. Finally, I made plans (that didn't fall through) with Rachel to see "Monster-in-Law" which was ... cute? haha. I could tell it would be cheesey and sorta stupid.. predictable in the most cliche, overdone way.. yeah... but.. they accomplished showing off some of Jane Fonda's amazing talent, Michael Vartan's unescapable hotness, leaving Wanda Sykes to be the obvious (and successful) comedy relief, and making Jennifer Lopez look absolutely gorgeous in every scene. She was like... really pretty in this one. The script was pretty bad.... but she looked really good. hahaha. Yeah, and her wardrobe. A lot of it wasn't really believable, such as her changing like 3 times between waking up, going for a walk, and coming home from that walk..... but I'd kill for all three outfits. After the movie, I called up Andrew and met him and Jake Apple at Denny's for a quick drink. That was it.

Today I helped Moody pack up the auditorium. It's just like moving dude... minus the actual carrying and moving... that comes tomorrow....if we're even doing that part. It was fun though... got to hang out with Desiree, Samantha, and Katealia. There's our official time to hang out this summer kicked out of the way. haha. We did a lot of sitting around since Moody kept leaving without giving us enough of a task to do while she was gone. They were all fun though.. lots of silly moments. Samantha Greene is really awesome dude.... We've never hung out before like that, but it was really cool.... After packing (which we didn't finish), me and Desi went to talk to Mr. O about our grades. I passed English (thank god) but with a D. I dunno.... I passed dude. I seriously was in doubt so yeah... Then we went to Greensboro to visit Jackie at work. Stacey and Jess came by soon after, and we all ate and talked and hung out. It was so fun! It was so different with it just being us there... I felt like we were all on the same wavelength with things. It didn't seem like there was a lot of pressure to do things or... act a certain way for attention. We just had mellow conversations about things and still laughed. I dunno, but it was really nice. Jess is an incredibly sweet girl.... too bad she's leaving tomorrow... I'd love to hang out more with her like that. Then Jackie.. so sweet! Holy crap, she's 15.... I seriously thought she was 18 or so. Haha, my bad... What a girl. I really enjoyed the night though.. definitely worth staying from about 6-past 10 for. Hahaha damn.... Then I took Desi home. Yay for Desi time!

Tomorrow = more packing and the Drama Executive Board Tea. :-)

Oh god.. I didn't even mention how Jon and Kerron came to my house at 2 something in the morning to get me to go to a get together at someone's house. hahaha.

Anyways...goals for the week:
