The Kelly parade has ended :-( I'd seen her every single day this spring break until Wednesday. hahaha what fun.
Mom called me this morning while I was in bed and requested I run down to UNCG to join her Diversity class because today (they're covering gender studies) they were having an LGBT discussion and she wanted me to be there. Yeah......that means I had to get ready and uh....find my way down there on less than a quarter tank of gas with like no money. I made it out of the house in 20 minutes. Found my way to campus, parked illegally where we'd parked before when looking at the school, and with a little bit of mom's help, found the building. Woohoo... I walked into the 2 hour and 45 minute long class with about....50 minutes left of class...hey, mom called me after the class had begun. It was weird because everyone...knew I was her daughter, and we had to walk across the room to get to her seat. hahaha ...hey guys! I think I handled it well though. Walked in just as mom's friend was coming out to the class. woohoo! It was cool...that all ended abruptly though, and we moved into the next section of the curriculum by watching a video for race/ethnicity. I thought it was sorta weird, because it was this thing where they had like 8 men together in a room discussing race and such....they were all different ethnicities with different backgrounds.. it just bothered me because they were all...somehow or another shaded on their views. Ehh...I'm not one to listen in on other people talking on heavy topics like that, so watching the video really wasn't much different... I got all dressed up in my cute summer suit thing. I was all ready to do something all day, but I ended up coming home to nothinggggggg ...how boring.
I had an American Idol night last night.. found a bunch of forums/boards, fansites, pictures, video clips, audio clips, and downloads and splurged on them. It was fun. Yummy photos of Nadia and Vonzell from photoshoots and the final 12 party. So pretty! Nadia Turner singing "Try a Little Tenderness" makes me wanna curl into a ball.. Tonight was soo tiring.. I was all stressed out and such since Nadia was up on the bottom TWO. UGH! She's safe for a week, but god...... I was like holding the tv set. (sigh) Nadia....
I found Erin Likins on myspace and we're communicating through the messaging thing they have set up. I find it quite amusing.
Shakayla texted me suggesting she come over so we could fix up her myspace page. But when? You know we live 20 minutes away from eachother? Dayum...
I asked Emerald to go to the mall with me and she almost said yes............SCORE! hahaha, she wasn't sure if she had dance or not, and if she didn't she didn't know what time. funnny.
Oh, and I got the bestest call from Christpher Ramirez tonight. It was at 9:47 or so....I thought it was hilarious that he would call so late and I enjoyed talking to him. He's silly.
Shane invited me to chill with him at B&N tomorrow... woohoo!!!! I'm excited. Then we get to run around Winston a bit, cuz I know I gotta get me some more pita chips, and I'm sure hitting up the mall or something would be fun.
