We may be bringing home a dog tomorrow. I'm trying to fool myself that this isn't a big decision and can be made with 24 hours consideration.
Dana has been hoping to adopt a dog pretty much ever since we got together. We've never lived anywhere that we could until now.
While I was at class, she went to the shelter in Longview on a whim and met this guy.
I've always been a doggie auntie, never a doggie mom. While I'm more of a cat person, I'm excited about opening my home to him.
Of course, in between this afternoon and tomorrow morning, someone else might have decided the same thing...
