(no subject)
It has been months since my last confession posting. I always intend to do better, but there's really not so much to say. I go to work, come home and take care of Jay, go to sleep. So here's an attempts at substance!
We are exactly one week from Nell Selden's arrival by c-section. So unless something happens between now and then, we are scheduled at 2:00 for the surgery and should be coming home on the Fourth. Jay is getting more used to the idea that a baby is coming to the house, but he still doesn't want to share his mama!
Work is going fine. I'm working a half day today since I have a Dr's appointment this afternoon. A full day tomorrow and half days next Monday and Tuesday.
The house is ready for a baby. The nursery is set up the best we can. It's a really small room. I've been sleeping in there because that bed is softer and I sleep better in it.
We've had two showings on the house this week to the same couple. It's between our house and another house for them which could mean house hunting, packing and moving with a newborn. Sounds great, huh?
