went to BK for lunch with Gal, I had a very full lunch, I didnt really feel guilty abt it cause I skipped breakfast, hee. On our way back to the office, we passed Ananda Travel Agency, they had set up a booth and were giving out flyers to help the Tsunami Victims. So we offered to send in some food and medical supplies. We're also looking into volunteering at AMP to help pack up the stuff to be flown out before new year. I'm glad that there's something for me to do to help them. And isnt SMS a wonderful thing? They open up these charity hotlines for hassle free donations. I'm also happy to hear that the US is spending abt US$15 million relief fund.
And the papers should warn that they are disturbing pictures in them! I got the shock of my life when i saw a full page of unidentified bodies posted [for easy identification should the family are looking for them] i really dont need to see that. I couldn't sleep after seeing a picture of children's bodies lined in rows. *shakes off image*
I got my pay today and my sister was so happy she wanted us to go shopping tonight. Granted that the entire Singapore is having sales, I'm on a tight budget. Such a shame that I cant spoil myself silly on new stuff. *hold back temptation* I'll just treat her to dinner and buy her a new top cause I err...spoilt her newly bought white top when I dump it along with the colored clothes in the machine, hee.
I Heart Arrested Development! The bummer is that it airs at midnight on a MONDAY!! It's so stupid and funny.
I saw this very huggable pillow in a shape of a chicken and it just remind me of Mare. I'm just thankful it wasn't dressed as a turkey.
Whoa, my sister [the elder one] just called and said she got 800 ERS shares! Dang, that means she's getting $800 from the Government! Damn, I got 400 shares. Turns out, she got more cause she used to contribute in the government sector and had quit her job to become a full time housewife and mom. I am SO gonna be a housewife after I'm married, haha. Hmmm...yup...I'll surf the net and write more fanfics...while that sounds nice, it cracks me up.
