Update...
Just got an sms from Ama, seems like her granduncle is safe, just that she hasnt heard from him for awhile now...he was in Phuket, THE place that you dont want to be on Sunday morning. He's one lucky man, phew!
I'm still waiting anxiously on two of my friends in Malaysia though. I got to know them both online and I've been sending them SMS after SMS and i've yet to hear from them. And the unfortunately thing is, i dont hv autoroam to make calls overseas. dang it.
