I'm alive, I promise. Yes I've been lurking a lot lately, but things have been busy and left little time for posting.
Work on various costumes begins/continues.
I made a frame- hoopskirt a couple weeks back made out of materials I either got for free or already had. Woot.
And I took an old hand-me-down petticoat I've had for years and haven't actually used in a long time, and decided to go ahead and use it for the basis of Madame Heap's skirt. It's a light, airy cotton, so it should breathe, even with the extra weight of foliage on it.
