(no subject)
I haven't been on here in a long time cause there's nothing much to say. Saw Ryan for like, 30 seconds today. He asked me to drive to this forested area that I have never driven to, and pull up alongside some hard to find and see shoulder. There was like a million shoulders out there in the middle of nowhere and it was raining. It looked like the sort of logging type area a person would be abducted by aliens. Anyway, I found him and all he did was poke his head in the car and say hello and goodbye to me and Riley, and grab the Coke and cigarettes I had brought him. He couldn't visit cause they were in the middle of some field training something or other. I think they just like to play in the woods like children and pitch up tents so they call it 'training'. He would probably yell at me if he heard me say that. They have to sit out in the rainy cold for days without going to sleep. Miserable.
ANYWAY- I was on my way home and got completely lost because my contacts dried up and I took the wrong exit off the freeway. Something horrible then took place that I won't mention out of embarassment. It just made things more miserable. I cried until I finally found my way home. Riley in the back saying "Don't cry, mamma", just made things worse cause I want to be strong for him but I'm not in stupid situations like that.
Riley is begging me to get Elmo out of the freakin' closet so I gotta go.
