Oh my god! I am so freaking excited, still.

Prom was this weekend and it was super awesome. I thought it was gonna be horrible. I kept comparing things to Central, I think. At Central, I had a good amount of friends, and a boyfriend, and here I have one friend, and no boyfriend, just a senseless crush. So, I went, expecting things to suck....
But it didn't. It was awesome. Janan and I danced a lot. I also danced with Mike, and Carl, and Sam, and Rebbeca, and Meghan, and a bunch of people whose names I don't know. And I recorded all of us dancing, and recorded while dancing. I took a bunch of pictures. It was great.
By the way, the theme of our prom was Rock The Casbah, so legally, they had to play at least one Clash song, and they did. Over all, the music was ok. I didn't care though, really. Just as long as I was dancing.
But the most important thing that happened at prom was..... I danced with the park ranger boy!!! It's so exciting. Park ranger boy = senseless crush, for those who don't know. Ha! I was so proud of myself. We didn't just dance once either. We danced quite a lot actually. I was sooo excited. It was fun.
And I am quite proud of myself for getting over my social anxieties.
And we had belly dancers.

My school prom was this weekend, and it was way awesome.
First of all, our theme was Rock The Casbah, so they had to play The Clash. Second of all, I spent the whole night dancing with a bunch of random people, some I didn't even know.
And most importantly......
I danced with this kid I danced with this kid I have a crush on a bunch!
I am super proud of myself. Not only did I spend most of the night on the dance floor, but I danced with the park ranger kid!!
Three cheer for dispelling social anxieties!
So everybody tell me how awesome I am for overcoming my fears.
Also, I have a job interview today!!
