That is rather amazing. Of course it's a very nice and easy combination. When he was going to write Garrett into Paradox Island and marry me and him it took me a few days to come up with Brinson (all combinations of Stevenson and Brick suck)... out of boredom I came up with a combination of Stevenson and Cox just in case... fairly easy really: Stox.

Rosy's was easy. T'om has no last name. Just tack on Lopez, but forced to drop a letter to make it different: L'Pez.
