Checking-In
Worked Gallifrey One. Cosplayed for the first time. I was a UNIT trooper.
As per usj, nothing to really report.
Except maybe that I'm still maintaining my ongoing New Year's resolution of trying/learning/doing at least one new thing a day.
Well, here's just a bunch of things I've done since the last post.
Visited Brandon's family in Ridgecrest a few times.
Went to Comic-Con some.
Lee and I took up walking his dog, Whitey, more. Here's us in Runyon Canyon.
Enjoyed the fall colors.
Using the Metro, hopped around to different Dia de los Muertos celebrations.
Went to that new faire in Ventura County.
More visiting of Brandon's relatives in the High Desert.
Celebrated my birthday with a Monte Cristo and shooting zombies in the head.
Got back in touch with Christina again. I joined one of her D&D campaigns, my first real time getting to play a character for more than one session (my only other experience was in a friend's campaign. One encounter with ruffians and all of my party was dead except me and the DM said I didn't act enough. It was my first ever time playing, for crying out loud). Anyway, it's been great hanging with Christina and the game's been taking some interesting turns.
