Heh, it's a play on the 'Night at the Roxbury' guys off of SNL, like Tracy's pic of Cosby. Heh, Jim Carrey's head movements were really exaggerated, Jim being the one whose head was replaced with Picard.

I never really got into that skit as much as other people did. It just seemed like a one note joke that they just kept doing over and over again.

Yeah, I'm in total agreement with you on that. I wasn't a fan of them, but the fact that it's Star Trek: TNG makes it all the more amusing.

That is the only thing I am finding funny about it. Although if I hear that song, that skit is the first thing I think of.
