2010

So, New Years was fun. I had frog legs and gumbo for dinner, and then black eyed peas and collards for dinner (lunch, for all you non-traditionalists) the next day. I could have had rabbit-stuffed elk or possibly buffalo steak for dinner, but I'm trying really hard to be vegetarian. Frog legs notwithstanding. I was forced to take a bite. It was gross and greasy and tasted like a bit more savory chicken. Which, I suppose, if you're into meat, is a pretty good thing. ^.^; Anyway, moving right along. I've texted Lizzie a lot, but she's either ignoring me or not getting them. Odd. It's cool to see all of my old friends, though. Not so cool seeing all of my old not-friends, though. I don't know. Whatever. If they're never going to get theirs, then I suppose that I'll just have to live with it, right? Anyway, onto the resolutions! 1. Keep up the crunches/exercise, because I have *definitely* slacked off this holiday season. 2. Keep up the good grades! Yay me! I got two B's and an A minus in an ERIC MORTENSON class! Anyway, that's it, aside from keeping up the not cutting and trying to be less jealous. But, those aren't resolutions because, if I don't succeed, I don't want the guilt that goes along with it being any more exponentially increased than it already is just by doing them. Hmm, lessee. That's all I've really got to say for now because life's pretty damn good. I seem to not be able to write when my life isn't filled with drama, huh?

ps, I secretly have a newfound passion for boys in boat shoes and collared shirts. OMG.

happiness new years
