Questions for CORE members

Hi everyone. In a couple of months, I'll be leaving for Japan for a year, and I really (DESPERATELY) want to join CORE while I'm there this time. Would anyone in CORE be willing to give me some information about it? Specifically, I've heard from some people that you need a Japanese bank account to join a lot of fanclubs, and I was wondering if this was the case. Unfortunately, I'm still 19 and I don't think I can open a bank account yet. Which would be a horribly depressing reason to not be able to join. Anyway, that was one thing I wanted to know, but I'd be very happy to hear any random stuff you guys would be willing to tell me about CORE :)
