Um. How do I tell my girlfriend to stop talking about the DADA professor? He seems nice, even if his name is Sappington, but if Elizabeth doesn't stop talking about him I may have to do something drastic ( Read more... )

Sappington's hair isn't perfect, but it is nice. Besides, it's Miriam gushing- it's not like there's a very high standard involved here.

What's so nice about his hair? And Miriam says his eyes twinkle, but I think that's because she might have got too close to Jane's cauldron in Potions.

Our hair is nice. His, with work, can become better. But it's not 'gold spun by the angels' like some moronic girl who dares call herself a Ravenclaw claimed it to be.

Two months away from our notorious beauty was too much. They've forgotten that our hair is real and gorgeous, while I'm sure Just Call Me Professor Danny's is a wig. And not one of our high quality wigs, either. That I may be able to tolerate, our wigs being an offshoot of our divinity.

One of the fifth years is writing a poem. I think I saw the phrase "tresses of sunset fire" in there somewhere.
