Good luck tomorrow at the appointment - I'll bet its nothing (I too am a hychodriac ;) - only I usually am one that goes running to the doc) - but it will give you great peace of mind which I think is really what most doctor visits do :)

I used to get headaches like that. They were horrible migraines that would last a week+. I had blood tests, a cat scan, blah blah blah, but they couldn't find anything wrong with me. So they gave me some uber strong meds and that was it. Anyways, what I’m getting at is that I know how you feel. You’re in my thoughts and prayers! I hope everything goes well & you feel better soon. :-)
