Here I go with a base line low.
A grim mood is set this week with the rain starting up. What a lovely start to Spring. At least the rain held off til after Viking Fest. The Viking Fest needed more High School/College cheerleaders but what do i know? The bands were pretty good. The best sounding one was the U-DUB jazz band. The curly fries at the carnival area were really good. They should have been the best in the world, for waiting so long to get them but you cant get everything you want. There is this big rock near the water to the left of the pavilion thing that I wanted to climb but it was occupied with a family that was letting their little spiderman kid climb it. Ah, the motorcycles and the mustangs were great. Nothing like good ole American crotch rockets and metal horses with a big wafting breeze full of diesel smoke to brighten up your day.
