Almost Forgot!
I almost forgot to post in my blog today… well, technically I did forget to post as it’s 12:32 at the time I’m typing this up. But I’m going to count this as Oct 7th’s post because the day isn’t over until I go to sleep. (Why? Because I said so, that’s why.)
Besides, I only forgot because I was working. I got a custom button order for some ALLY buttons for a BNYMellon’s LBGT affinity group, Prism. They’re buttons to give out to straight allies during a program they’re having next week. I want to get them in the mail tomorrow to make sure they have plenty of time to get into the right hands.
It also prompted me to move an item up on my to-do list… actually it wasn’t on my list except as a tangent to “find more places to sell my stuff.” (I keep thinking of projects that aren’t on that list…) I’ve wanted to make a separate website for people who want to order custom buttons for a while, a lot of people who I make them for don’t get the whole anime/manga/nerd culture thing at all and get really confused by RandomFandom.com (plus, there is no info on how to order a custom button there.) So I registered the domain PerfectCustomButtons.com, and printed up a page of business cards to go out with the order tomorrow. Which means I have to finish putting up the website tonight/tomorrow, because the buttons will probably arrive on Saturday.
