The 100 push up challenge

The 100 push up challenge week 2, day 3 complete.

Well, I have made it through the second week. I skipped my post on day 2 this week, which I know devastated all of you waiting for news of my progress with bated breath, but I did do my allotment that morning.

A day or two after the end of week 2 (typically on Sunday) you do as many push ups as you can and use your new total to reassess if you are in track 1 (16-20), track 2 (21-25), or track 3 (26-up). If you can't do 16 good form push ups you repeat week 2. I have a feeling that I'll either be repeating week 2, or at best, in track 1 again.

My first impulse is to get annoyed I'm not progressing faster and either quit outright, or push my self so hard I burn out or hurt myself, then quit. Stoopid impulses. I'm going to keep going, and next week I'm going to actually add in a little cardio on my off days. And don't worry, I'll always put a title on these posts, so you can avoid them easily. After all, a chubby woman's exercise habits really just aren't that exiting.
