the serving suggestions
whats up, peens
kate and i are now on a tennis league. our doubles team is called the serving suggestions. our uniforms rule-baby blue (me) and baby pink (her) tennis skirts that i got for $3 at kohls that have tags on the butt that say "big flirt," any crappy, faded, ripped rock t-shirts that we can find in our hampers or on the floor, some gay looking socks that don't match (me) or dingy white (or grey) gym socks (kate).
our first match (hahah i almost typed "fist" instead of first) we got slaughtered by these nice ladies who were my mom's age. it was 6-1, 6-1. going in there i was all "kate we're going to KILL!" cocky and shit, but i was in for an eye-opener. i am pretty sure they were the weakest team in the league. well, second weakest..... :)
but, all that said we definitely have a "bad-news bears" kind of attitude where we are going to struggle in the beginning, and then have flashes of us practicing and training, to then rise to victory at the end of the season to win the trophy.
