Sometime I really like Seattle's strong environmentalism. For example: Today we were tired, hungry, filthy and out of food, so I went out to pick up fried chicken. (It was very good; Ezell's.) And when I was done my fried-chicken and sides dinner? I took everything that was left except my water cup, and dumped it in the compost. Bones, carton, spork, sides-cups, napkins, everything. *poof* Gone, where I don't have to smell it or think about it.

And all this because the city of Seattle decided that individual homes should compost, and that take-out containers should be compostable. All in all, a good thing for a lazy night.
