cycling is like swimming.. or masturbation. once u learn how to do them, u never forget. unlike japanese... once i learn new words, and i dun use them for a loong while, i'll forget.

Yeah, I'd totally forgotten all my basic Japanese liao, been over a decade since I'd used it...

Anyway, I dunno that masturbation needs to be taught... LMAO

Woo hoo! I've got an Aleoca, too! Keep falling off my bike (installed them pedal clips). I've neglected it for far too long. Maybe this Dec I will take it out for a spin also lah.

Yay, we can start to form a Aleoca support group club liao! :)

But why must wait till Dec to spin it?

And what are pedal clips? Will they stop us from falling? (Sorry, me still newbie)... :P

Do you sleep, man? Haha.

You need special cyclin' shoes that clip onto the pedal clips. They secure your shoes to the pedals, and make each pedal stroke more efficient. Problem is, they do take a little getting used to. And if you aren't proficient in disconnecting the shoes from the pedals fast enough in an emergency...

well, you can guess what happens lah.

Oh... the pedal clips sound like those straps on the pedals in the gym cycling machines... :P

What I really need is skin guard, to protect my calves and heels from striking metal every now and then. I already lost some blood just now after I kena some protruding metal bits... :(
