gentle compassion...

Some songs last a lifetime, and then some...

The following song that I'd just recorded (mostly because I just couldn't sleep), enjoyed popularity in 1992 as performed by Taiwanese singer Lin Liang Le, and was brought back to life again in recent years by another singer, A-Sang...

For some reason, this simple and haunting tune kept repeating in my head the past few weeks. And now I am able to share it with you all...

In this song, I'd recorded two separate vocal melody tracks which would be more obvious when listening with stereo earphones or headphones, for the left and right side each contains a different version. Hopefully it will sound like two Edrics sharing a song dialogue...

I have also kept my harmony vocals to a minimum as the minus-one already contained the original singer's backing voices...

And so, hope you'll enjoy...

Gentle Compassion
