Bleck Blah Bleh.
It's been one of those days.
I know, quit whining about your job, Meg, but can I just say- this one sucks. I actually considered waitressing over this job, aparently not a good career but good money and that is what I need. Like next week. I know people usually work eight hour days, but they've got me from 2-6 and then on call from 6-9:30. Then they told me even if the woman who is supposed to work DOES come in, and not call out sick, I could still end up closing because they feel like keeping me. I really want to quit but I don't think I can. (I.E. my mother will kill me.) Eight hours. and all this crap about only giving you a half hour break is shit. I get so bored! REALLY REALLY BORED if I don't get a good break. And then the day goes by slower. Ugh. I kind of wish I'd have gotten the job at the hospital, but that was my bad for not calling them back. Marshalls is hiring... I might stop for an application there. (of course I'd spend all my money there.)
If I take the waitressing job, though, I'll end up having to be here this fall.
