Embroidery
I got tagged in one of those silly games over on FB where you post a picture a day of your art. I took the opportunity to post pictures of 5 different arts I practice (rather than 5 performance pics like I was expected to). One of the photos was from the Plimoth jacket and it gave me the nudge to pick up my Plimoth panel. I was kind of horrified to see that I hadn't picked it up in FIVE years.
I started stitched on one of the borage flowers (last touched at the end of April 2010, according to my notes). It look me a while to remember what I was doing and in the interim, I stitched on of the petals upside down. Oops.
I haven't been doing as much embroidery as I used to and I think it's partially because the lights in the TV room (where I spend most of my down time) aren't very good. I should get one of those little daylight-colored lights they make just for embroidery. The abandoned projects are piling up and need some love!
