my parent's have more of a social/party life than I do. gah.
today= work.
and i'm not exactly looking forward to it.
i'm bored.
and not just with this moment, or because I have nothing to do.
i talked to my dad last night, this is how lonely/bored i was, i called my PARENTS because i wanted to talk to someone so bad.
They were at this scottish dinner/party with some freinds, and my dad asked, "Why are you sitting in on a Saturday night? Aren't there any parties or anything you could go to?" I replied that I had wanted to go to the second city thing, but didn't have the money when there were still tickets. he told me, "Allison, This is college, you should be going out, having fun, not sitting in your room alone watching t.v. or reading."
sometimes i just look around me, sitting in my room, reading, writing in lj, watching t.v....am I wasting my youth?
