HOME SWEET HOME
So Em and I are going home for a couple days....driving down tomorrow night. I'm excited to see my family, and the two new kittens that followed my Mom home the other day (one of which i get to name). I kinda really want a cat, even though they make my eyes itch.
Got to hang out with Alisa and Joe last night, which was awesome. I love those two, and i sure hope we can all find time to see each other this coming year, with school and work and all that fun stuff. I feel like i'm STILL catching up on life back here in Olympia. It's a weird duality actually, because in some ways it seems like i never left and that the 8 months in Italy were just a dream, but on the other end, it's like i missed out on a big chunk of my life in not being here. Oh well, either way, i'm happy, and that's really all that matters.
I also got to spend some time with Heidi recently, which was awesome. Reaffirmed my belief that we all have a duplicate out there. We even jumped off the curb in the same manner ;p
So my roomie Theodora has the entire "Freaks and Geeks" series on DVD, and unfortunately i started watching it yesterday and i have barely taken a break. Seriously, i forgot how addicting that show is! Pure genius.
What am i going to do without Brad for two whole days? This is gonna be a real test. I hope i survive.
